Are you State Licensed?
Yes. We carry a State of Tennessee contractor license with a monetary limit of $1.5 million dollars.
We also maintain Workers Compensation and General Liability. Each project is also covered under a builders risk policy. For Tellico Village residents your lending institution will issue a performance bond for your new home, and we meet all of their requirements.

What type of warranty program do you have?
On all of our custom homes, we offer a 2 year written warranty. We can send you a copy via email or in person for your review.

How does the process begin?
Once you have decided that you want to build your home, you should contact us and request a consultation / informational meeting. In this meeting you should be prepared to discuss lifestyle needs and wants, topography of the site and location, financing if applicable, and establish a realistic budget for the home. Once you have clarified these key areas, we can direct you to the plans that are a fit for you.

How would you price our project?
All custom projects are quoted on a fixed price basis. We feel that we should have financial responsibility when it comes to your money, therefore we do not offer a cost plus contract. Once a price has been contractually agreed upon, it will not change unless the client upgrades a product or ask for a modification once construction has begun. We do have a few clearly stated exclusions in our contract to protect us from unknown conditions.

I want something different - Can I have a custom floor plan?
Yes. We have designed and built many custom homes throughout the Knoxville and the surrounding areas. We will meet with you personally to develop a custom floor plan that includes everything on your wish list. We take pride in a team effort that is built on a foundation of experience. Our custom built homes are an important investment, and we build each one of them, as if it was our own. We offer in house design service for this very purpose to ensure we capture your every detail. We also have several floor plans that can easily be modified to suite your lifestyle and wishes.
